Dr. Tereshko tea (fitoterapija.lv)

"Dr. Tereshko tea" has been known in Latvia since 1993, when Arthur and Baiba Tereshko, a doctor's family, established the company, "Doctors," at the Moscow Institute of Herbal and Spice Research. Initially, they collected herbs in a traditional way, cutting them with scissors and drying them on their apartment balcony before packaging them in self-glued bags.

Today, we operate a modern plant where ten employees work diligently every day. We use wild-grown herbs for tea, as well as herbs cultivated on green farms. We cut and dry the plants using productive and high-quality techniques. However, our packing process is done by hand, ensuring a consistently high quality of herbal tea.

Our mission is to share the health and strength of God's garden herbs with people around the world, especially those in Latvia.

We believe that having knowledge of phytotherapy can be particularly useful in situations where pharmacy drugs are suddenly unavailable. Our planet can be unpredictable, and there may be challenging times ahead. Therefore, it is important to gather information on how to use natural resources for survival in harsh conditions.

The Encyclopedia of Species LATVIJASDABA.LV

Latvijasdaba.lv offers a species encyclopedia that contains the largest amount of free access data on the internet for mushrooms, plants, and animal species found in Latvia. Currently, it has information on 5667 species illustrated by 8186 drawings or photos.

The encyclopedia provides an opportunity to explore the diversity of Latvian nature on various topics. New species descriptions and images are regularly added to it.

Askolds Klavins has contributed to the establishment and maintenance of the internet encyclopedia on Latvijasdaba.lv, and it is provided for free to users by Gandrs. Since 1989, Gandrs has aimed to be more than just a store that offers quality inventory for nature recreation. Its motto, "everything in nature relaxation," not only provides the best equipment for creating unforgettable emotions but also educates, encourages people to know and not forget to protect Latvia's nature.
